Apulia is a small, independently owned & operated business that was founded by Master Pizzaiolo Francesco Curci of Bari, Italy.
The mission is to consistently achieve quality without sacrificing the integrity that has made this cuisine amongst the most popular around the world. We believe strongly in discipline & respect for what has come before us and what will come after.
We serve high quality, healthy, solid & whole food - using only natural ingriedients and foods without engineering, biological alteration or unnatural preservatives. We spend more hours producing & curating pizza dough & fresh pasta than we do selling it.
